Basic Vendor Information

If you would like to be a vendor at one of our events, download and print a Vendor Application and follow the instructions below.

Spaces are assigned on a first come, first served basis and aren't considered reserved until they are paid for in full.

Spaces are 10' x 10' in size. Please be sure to accurately measure your set-up as it is fully assembled to determine how many spots you need.

Once all spaces are booked, there will not be room to accommodate rigs that are larger than the space reserved.

Please indicate if you need electricity. We allow electrical hook-ups at an additional charge, but we do have a limited number of spots with electrical access. We can accommodate 110 and 220 hook-up.

Beverage and food vendors must also provide a copy of their liability insurance certificate showing Calumet Harley-Davidson® listed as additional loss payee for the day of the event.

Vendor fee is non-refundable

Each space is $10. You may reserve more than one space, if additional room is needed.
